ACRA AR & IRAS TAX filing charges in Singapore
Below are some of the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES provided by my company.
- Formation of exempt private company limited by shares – $440 (additional $50 per head for each non-Singaporean Director and Shareholder.)
- Closing of an exempt private company limited by shares $200
- Acting as company secretary $200 per annum
- Annual General Meeting documentation $50.
- Other changes in ACRA record $55 (such as change of address, ALLOTment of new shares, transfer of existing shares, which may require EGM, RESOLUTIONS)
- Special deal for dormant company $400 (inclusive of AGM, AR FILING, UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT)
- Special deal for active company $540 (inclusive of AGM, AR filing, UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENT, ECI and tax compilation)
- Prepare unaudited financial statements (UFS) for Exempt Private Comapny Limited by shares ($350 TO $500 depends on complexity of the account)
- Tax returns – Form C-S -$50. Form C -$100.
- ACRA & IRAS compliance training $120. (You don’t pay late submission penalty any more!)
- Accounting and book keeping services $80 per hour
